Sommelier cutlass It is the natural evolution of a project dedicated for over 10 years to spread the passion and culture of good drinking and good eating.

In fact, after years in contact with the public, the wine shop Vini Divini changes its look and debuts with the Officina dei Sapori with the desire to offer its customers a wider service where they can spend evenings in company and leave the wine-food binomial.

«A project that had been in progress for years and that today comes to life, in line with our mission and whose priority is to spread the love for wine through a varied selection that has always put forward the promotion of the territory and the typicality” says Tiziana De Maro, Delegate of the Campi Flegrei of the European Sommelier School and Relator, as well as active Woman of Wine.

A project in step with the times that sees in the implementation also the involvement of a very young team that shares the passion for wine and the desire to pursue the same path of parents, namely Tiziana De Maro and Vincenzo Colimoro, historic owners of the wine shop.

The proposed selection, from the young Linda sommelier, a schiazer and expert in beers, Luigi also a sommelier and barman and the young chef Rosario Senese, provides a careful selection of wines especially Campania, but also great classics of national and international enology, craft beers, cocktails, aperitifs and typical products attributable to the great Campanian gastronomy.

You will not miss the exquisite sausages of Norcia, ‘nduja calabrese, Tuscan cheeses, typical of Campania in oil and carpaccio of meat and fish. Do not miss the delicious desserts, prepared by the chef, to be accompanied with a passito or a good distillate.
